HOWEVER, IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU DO RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM FROM US, WE UNDERSTAND HOW DISAPPOINTING AND FRUSTRATING THAT CAN BE.
WE WOULD LIKE TO ASSURE YOU THAT WE STAND BEHIND THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS AND ARE COMMITTED TO ENSURING YOUR SATISFACTION. AS SUCH, WE OFFER A REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL DAMAGED PIECES.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS.
INSTEAD, IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER AT care@anammustafa.pk WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND IMAGES OF THE DAMAGED ITEM. OUR TEAM WILL REVIEW YOUR REQUEST AND, IF IT MEETS THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA, PROVIDE YOU WITH INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING THE DAMAGED ITEM TO US. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE DAMAGED ITEM, WE WILL INSPECT IT AND DETERMINE ITS ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT. IF THE ITEM IS ELIGIBLE, WE WILL REPLACE IT WITH A NEW ITEM.
